När Zymego har bokat en tid får patienten information via SMS och kan se sin kallelse i Zymegos webbapp. Om patienten inte öppnar sin kallelse i Zymegos webbapp får de en påminnelse via SMS. För de patienter som öppnar sin kallelse eller nte har givit samtycke till att motta SMS, skickas kallelsen i första hand till en digital brevlåda och i andra hand via post.

Många patienter om- och avbokar med kort varsel. För att undvika detta kan ni ställa in att påminnelser skickas ut från Zymego i god tid innan besöket, exempelvis en vecka innan. Sedan skickas även påminnelse från journalsystemet ut som vanligt en eller ett par dagar innan besöket.

Zymego is the only solution that automatically fills late cancellations, working to the rules that you have set-up. We manage appointments and scheduling in a completely new way. Through very advanced booking logic, we can handle many more appointment types and complicated booking cases than most other solutions. In addition, we reduce the number of cancellations by offering patients a smart option where they can request days that suit them. All these features are completely unique to Zymego. However, it is perfectly possible to use Zymego in parallel with your current booking portal if required.
We handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR. We only handle data related to appointments and scheduling and are approved for the Data Security and Protection Toolkit. Zymego is fully compliant with NHS England UK Clinical Safety Requirements DCB0129. This standard ensure safety and reliability in health IT systems. Zymego has been awarded a Framework Contract with G-Cloud 14 by the Crown Commercial Service.
